2. Services
Avic Auto Care Inc. provides professional automotive appearance and protection services including but not limited to:
- Interior detailing
- Exterior detailing
- Paint correction and scratch removal
- Ceramic coating
- Paint protection film (PPF)
- Window tint installation
- Vehicle restoration and protection services
All services are subject to vehicle inspection and approval.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle presents safety concerns or conditions beyond our service capabilities.
3. Pricing and Estimates
Prices listed on the website or provided during consultations are estimates only.
Final pricing may vary depending on:
- Vehicle size and type
- Vehicle condition
- Level of contamination or damage
- Additional labour required
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Avic Auto Care Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing after vehicle inspection.
4. Deposits and Payments
Certain services may require a deposit to secure an appointment.
Deposits may be required for services including:
- Ceramic coating
- Paint correction
- Paint protection film installation
- Window tint installation
- Specialty detailing packages
Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits may be non-refundable in cases of late cancellation or missed appointments.
5. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in:
- Loss of deposit
- Cancellation fees
- Requirement of deposit for future bookings
Avic Auto Care Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to operational issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Vehicle Service Agreement
By leaving a vehicle with Avic Auto Care Inc. for service, the customer agrees to the following conditions.
Customers must inform us of any known issues including:
- Previous paintwork or body repairs
- Paint damage or defects
- Loose trim or panels
- Electrical issues
- Mechanical issues
Avic Auto Care Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing damage including but not limited to:
- Scratches
- Rock chips
- Paint defects
- Clear coat failure
- Oxidized paint
- Interior wear or fading
- Weak or aging trim components
Cleaning or polishing processes may reveal previously hidden defects.
7. Interior Detailing Disclaimer
Interior detailing may include vacuuming, steam cleaning, stain removal, and treatment of interior surfaces.
Customers acknowledge that:
- Some stains, odors, or discoloration may be permanent and cannot be completely removed
- Aged leather, fabric, plastics, or trim may be delicate
- Pre-existing damage may become more visible after cleaning
Avic Auto Care Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as :
- worn upholstery
- weakened stitching
- cracked leather
- deteriorated materials
8. Exterior Detailing Disclaimer
Exterior detailing may include washing, decontamination, polishing, waxing, and surface cleaning.
Customers acknowledge that:
- Exterior detailing cannot repair paint damage, dents, or rock chips
- Previously repainted surfaces may react differently to polishing
- Some paint defects may remain visible after detailing
Avic Auto Care Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions such as :
- paint damage
- poor prior repairs
- failing clear coat
9. Paint Correction and Scratch Removal
Paint correction services aim to reduce paint defects and improve vehicle appearance.
However:
- Not all scratches can be safely removed
- Deep scratches or paint damage may remain visible
- Excessive polishing may not be recommended for thin paint
Results vary depending on paint condition and thickness.
10. Ceramic Coating Disclaimer
Ceramic coatings enhance gloss and provide protection against environmental contamination.
Customers acknowledge that ceramic coatings:
- Do not make paint scratch-proof
- Do not prevent rock chips
- Do not prevent physical damage
- Require proper maintenance
Improper washing methods or neglect may reduce coating lifespan or effectiveness.
11. Paint Protection Film (PPF) Disclaimer
Paint Protection Film is designed to protect painted surfaces from minor scratches and road debris.
Customers acknowledge that :
- PPF does not make the vehicle immune to impact damage or rock chips
- Minor edges or seams may be visible depending on installation design
- Moisture or small bubbles may appear during curing
- Film may require several days to fully cure
Manufacturer warranties may apply depending on the product used.
12. Window Tint Disclaimer
Window tint installation involves applying film to the interior surface of vehicle glass.
Customers acknowledge that :
- Minor dust particles or imperfections may occur during installation
- Temporary hazing or moisture pockets may appear during curing
- Windows should not be rolled down for several days after installation
Avic Auto Care Inc. is not responsible for existing glass defects or mechanical window issues.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable window tint regulations.
13. Engine Bay and Electronics Disclaimer
Modern vehicles contain sensitive electronic components.
While precautions are taken during cleaning services, Avic Auto Care Inc. is not responsible for electrical or mechanical issues resulting from:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Manufacturer defects
- Previously damaged components
14. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicles before service.
Avic Auto Care Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
15. Vehicle Pickup and Storage
Customers must pick up their vehicle promptly after service completion.
Vehicles not collected within 48 hours of notification may be subject to storage fees.
Vehicles left beyond a reasonable period may be considered abandoned in accordance with applicable laws.
16. Environmental and Contamination Conditions
Vehicles with severe contamination including mold, bodily fluids, pet waste, or hazardous materials may require specialized cleaning and additional charges.
Avic Auto Care Inc. reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles that pose health or safety risks.
17. Photographs and Marketing
Avic Auto Care Inc. may photograph vehicles for documentation, quality control, or marketing purposes.
Images may be used on our website, social media, or promotional materials.
No personal identifying information will be published without consent.
18. Customer Satisfaction and Claims
Customers should inspect their vehicle upon pickup.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Failure to report concerns within this timeframe may limit our ability to address the issue.
19. Website Use
Users agree not to:

- Attempt to disrupt website functionality
